Families, are you on Powerschool yet? We need 100% of our families on Powerschool. This IS the platform we use for grades, attendance, driving forms and much more. Need help? Check the video tutorial here in English and Spanish.
Breakfast and lunch meals are FREE to ALL students regardless of the eligibility status you receive from this application (Free/Reduced/Paid).
However, we need everyone to fill out an application which helps our school qualify for better funding to support student programs.
We are now required to identify each individual student that receives a school meal for reimbursement. This means that we will be required to check students out with a PIN #, which is also their student ID number. We will be sending families their student’s PIN # when they submit an application. If students do not know their PIN number, they are able to look it up on PowerSchool. Their PIN # is their student ID number.
Submit your application at https://family.titank12.com/ and check the daily menu here

Still looking for ways to get your student to school? Check the carpool survey to connect with other families in your neighborhood OR get your student a FREE bus, trolley, Coaster, Sprinter pass.

    Hallie Schlauch,
    Academic Coach

    Where did you grow up?
    San Diego, CA
Why did you choose to work in education?
I chose to work in education because I want to inspire, help, and give a voice to the students.

What are your hopes for this school year?
My hopes for this school year are to continue to learn about the students, High Tech High, and my co-workers.
What do you love most about HTH?
I love the project based learning! I love seeing the students get creative with the projects and seeing their process through it all until it’s time for exhibition.
Tell us about a memory you have from high school?
I actually went to High Tech High International and a memory that I remember is building cardboard boats and having to see if it would sink in the bay while being in the cardboard boat. It was so much fun and a great way to build connections with everyone.

Thank you to everyone who had donated so far to the "Dollars For Doers" annual fundraising campaign! So far, we have raised $4,500, but the goal is $12,000 so we still have a ways to go.

These funds go DIRECTLY into your child’s classroom. Our top 3 priorities are Field Work, Technology and Project Materials.

Click on the HTH Family Portal to see the ways your Dollars For Doers funds were put to work in the past few years and to make a donation. Our goal is 100% participation. All donations are appreciated, however, you are under no obligation to donate.

We are also looking for funds to provide PPE kits to every student and staff in our building! If you prefer to donate to this cause, click here to see how you can sponsor a class or a whole team.

Did you know you can get a discount if you shop at an HTHPL owned business? Check out the NEW HTHPL Businesses Directory with our Point Loma campus families.

If you have a business and would like to be included in the directory, please fill out this form.
