HAPPENINGS AT HIGH TECH HIGH
A sweet highlight worth sharing from Brianna/Kalle's 11th grade team was when students taught their 3rd grade buddies at High Tech Elementary how to test water quality and played on the grass.
Last week 11th grade students on Margaret/Jesse's team will be presenting their data collection methods for the Kendall-Frost Marsh Vegetation Map to scientists for critique.
And in Humanities, students choose their own books and read for 15 minutes each morning. They can check books out from our classroom library to take home to read, too!
More than a dozen clubs represented at the HTH Club Fair. Here is a list if you want to see what's being offered this year. If you want to start a club, see Marcus.

Plus the HTH Collaborative distributes funds to our HTH families in need, staff wellness and student projects like Zamzam's study abroad program described below.

Thank you so much for supporting me in my goals of studying abroad this summer. I had the best summer of my life by studying my favorite Language (Arabic) making connections and family through my peers and host family and overall enrichment in a foreign country. I would love for my story to continue inspiring younger high tech high students with the opportunity of studying abroad, as it is a life changing experience!
