1. Find your own path in life- not everyone goes through college in 4 years or has a clear shot for the Olympics. Everyone is unique and ends up getting to where they need to be in life in their own time if they put in the effort
2. Exercise/sports can be a great way to vent emotions, HOWEVER, it is important to not bury those emotions with sports and seek help when needed
3. Don't put too much pressure on yourself- stressing over something can actually bring down your performance and you need to remember that if you don't get something the first time, you can always try again.
4. Physics is in sports! There are tons of scientific principals at play when doing a sport, and even things like designing the uniforms speed skaters wear involve understanding the physics of aerodynamics. "Sports science" is becoming a huge industry that needs workers.
