Any student-athletes who want to be a part of HTH Storm Athletics must fill out their clearance paperwork and get their updated sports physical uploaded.
How do I sign up for HTH Athletics?
We need all of our Storm athletes to have been cleared through Athletic Clearance. Please make sure all athletes create or update their athleticclearance.com profile. This is important so coaches can be in contact with their athletes. Not only do all athletes need to be in athletic clearance with all their paperwork filled out and signed, they also need an updated sports physical for the 20-21 school year. If you want to be a part of HTH Athletics please do these 2 important things as soon as possible. - Create a Profile on AthleticClearance.com (School is High Tech SD)
- Sign up to get an updated physical with HTH Download the physical form.
- Sign and turn in all paperwork to Coach O’Kelley
- Athletic clearance confirmation page
- Signed physical by physician
